The ITS Forum is organized by HKITF, WTIA and Office of Sin Chung Kai Legislative Councillor (IT). The organizers issued an ITS Policy Paper that explains the trends, opportunities and challenges involving ITS development worldwide. It also discusses how Hong Kong can leverage its competitive advantages to further improve and modernize our ITS development over the long term. The paper also prescribes a broad set of policy measures to promote and support the further development of ITS in Hong Kong. The paper can be downloaded from:
